3. Call us when they pull up in front of the store & we will deliver it to your car.

Falcon Creek Boutique is happy to give store credit within 14 days of purchase & must be in its original condition with all tags still intact. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached. We cannot accept items that have been worn or washed. Non-refundable items are gift cards, monogrammed merchandise, lotions, soaps, food, or sale items. All eligible returns will be given store credit. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs back to us. Prepaid return labels are not provided. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Additional shipping charges will be applied for exchanges.
