INSTORE CREDIT & EXHANGES
We will gladly give in store credit or exchange an item within 14 days from the purchase date.

To be eligible for in store credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All tags must still be intact.

To complete your exchange or receive in store credit, you can bring your item in to the store or you will need to pay for the shipping to mail the product back to Falcon Creek Boutique, 1470 Chelsa Dr, Suite A, Madisonville, Ky 42431. In all cases, please let us know the reason for your return or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from in store credit or exchange- Perishable goods such as food products & candies, perfume, nail polish, bath products such as bath bombs, shampoos, conditioners, and lotions.

Additional items that can't be returned or exchanged.

• Gift cards
• Some health and personal care items
• Clearance Items - 30% off or more. (no exception).

In Store Credit or Exchange (if applicable)  - Once your item is received and approved for exchange or in store credit, we will let you know. A gift card will be provided for in store credit.
